The qualification was conducted at my pace, which really helped me during life's busy periods. There is a good range of revision material presented via Power Point and reference to other resource such as web sites, books etc. I found the feedback and support from Judith very encouraging, supportive and constructive. This course has given me additional knowledge and confidence in able to fulfil my role as an EQA.
