  2. This is the second course I have completed with MKLC. A truly brilliant set up, my tutor Judith was a great help, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.   6. The mentor support was absolutely amazing. Ms Judith gave me confidence throughout this journey. She responded to questions extremely fast and informally which put me at ease. Ms Judith has been by far my most positive and supportive mentor!   12. This was my third course with MKLC. As always it went on very smoothly. The contents on LMS- Moodle are easy to use and the tutor (Dr. Sandie) was always very supportive and prompt in her response and feedback that made it easier to improve on the evidences. To be fair everyone I dealt with was, I spoke with Judith initially, then stu and then Emma, all 3 where absaloutly amazing, I appreciate the support and help provided so much more than words could exhaust.   20. Administrative processes were smooth and efficient. Emma was friendly and helpful regarding all queries and concerns. Unit activities were only loosely based on lecture content (if at all) and relied largely on one's ability to Google the answers. Some of the content is out of date, and images were used without proper accreditation or permission — one lecture has a Disney meme in it. Formal feedback was based on criteria that is not given to students at the outset of the activity. I asked the same question to a tutor more than once about grading criteria and was ignored both times. – How would you describe our performance overall?

      We are sorry you were not satisfied with the content of the Level 3 AET course you recently completed with us, Joshua. The content is not designed to provide all the answers, it is there to stimulate discussion and relate to own experiences as a teacher or student. This is to make it relevant to learners' own areas of teaching; if subject specific, it would exclude others, which is against our policies and principles. Bloom's Taxonomy is a theory from the 1950s as we clearly state in the lesson and I am unsure how you consider this to be out-of-date since 2001. There is enough general content on the site to enable learners to meet the learning outcomes. However, you can also research if you wish, as long as you reference to avoid plagiarism.

      Grading criteria is clearly visible on the site and every task reflects exactly which criterion is being assessed, as they are labelled. We explain this in the introduction to the course. Although all images we use are royalties-free or custom-designed, you are also unaware of the permissions held by this organisation.

      I am glad that you found our admin processes efficient. Emma is also a fully qualified teacher who is able to respond to any questions about course content although you did not raise any concerns with her at the time. We hope you have gained from the course and wish you every success in your role as a yoga teacher.

  29. The overall performance of MKLC Training is mixed. As learners we come to a company to improve our knowledge, our skills and our understanding. So, while I have attained these, it is not in my original subject. In terms of the Level 3 AOT Course; overall its a good course, the content was easy enough to follow and work with, and the quality of the feedback throughout was informative, helpful, and considered. In terms of the original EQA course, which is why I contacted MKLC Training; I would urge Learners to ask for details and check the requirements before purchasing. – How would you describe our performance overall?

      We are sorry you were disappointed with the EQA unit 1 knowledge course and it may have been better to wait until you had more experience of the IQA role, as you identified when discussing changing courses. The EQA theory unit is available to anyone who has completed their IQA, even though they may not be in an EQA role at present but, as with any Level 4 qualification, it does require some independent study. It also requires an understanding of the quality assurance process and it may just have been too soon for you to embark on this course without having had enough time to familiarise yourself with that process. However, we are very glad that we were able to offer you another course that you enjoyed.

  34. Really great support and quick feedback and responses from my tutors, which played a great part in my completion. It was great having the feedback centralised on the Moodle site, so I could review it when needed, rather than having to click into each individual submission, for example. Liam and Emma both returned assignment feedback very quickly and provided excellent feedback and guidance, where a resubmission was required.   42. Your are a good college who offers a large range of online courses. All email exchanges were always courteous and respectful. My assessor responded to my emails and marked the submission quickly and ensured I get constructive feedback, thank you.I just regret that I could not contact her by phone when requiring specific support or disclosure. The option to take a break in learning is a plus. Specifically for the IQA course, the guidance is quite minimal on Moodle but at least the standard are clearly laid out. With the way the course is set up, I don't think anyone could complete it, especially if there is little support in their workplace. I would recommend MKLC but, depending on the qualification they wish to pass, I would ensure that the candidate can be proficient and independent in their study. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  48. The course was well designed with tasks, forum questions and assignments however a recommended reading list would have been useful as content was limited on the moodle site. However work was marked quickly by Matt with his feedback which helped build my confidence as I realised I was on the right track. – How would you describe our performance overall?
