We are sorry this did not meet your expectations. Sometimes the tutors can miss emails but we do have a support system where you are able to contact us immediately if you have any concerns. Unfortunately we were not aware of any communication issues between you and your tutor or we would have stepped in and advised of alternative methods of contact. Glad that you were happy with the feedback received.
