To be honest, now that I've received my certificate, I take back the positive feedback I previously gave my tutor. Towards the end of my course, while my tutor remained prompt in addressing my inquiries, I began to perceive a passive-aggressive tone in their email responses regarding various subjects. They frequently mentioned that they might be "repeating themselves" in their feedback, which left me feeling uneasy. On one occasion, after submitting an assignment, I was quoted as using the term "outlooks," but upon searching my document, I couldn't find any such word. Which left me puzzled.. Another occasion, when I asking for guidance, I received a response containing a conspicuous "YOUR" in all capital letters, which I felt it was confrontational. – How would you describe our performance overall?

We are so sorry you had this experience. If only you had contacted us earlier, we would have investigated and dealt with accordingly if anything was against our values. I am glad you achieved your qualification but the whole training experience should be a time of personal and professional development that leaves you feeling positive - and that is indeed the experience of most of our learners as can be seen from previous reviews.
