I have ADHD and Dyspraxia, so I will always struggle with distant goals and online learning, I am more of a face to face person who needs quick feedback, and a goal broken down into bitesized pieces. Whilst I could understand and complete the 8 assignments in Unit 1 in the Moodle process, I found I could not understand the requirements in 2 and 3. Judith McKeon was absolutely superb at recognizing this and went to great lengths to guide me with detailed and clear feedback for each segment to help me understand and attain the requirements of the course. Without this great effort on her part I would not have been successful. Many organisations and people pay lip service to adjusting to an individual's learning style, MKLC and Judith really put this into practice, even giving me feedback at weekends to enable me to adapt and make progress.
