From my initial online sign up, through to the final feedback I feel that there has been hardly any interaction from MKLC or my appointed tutors. up until yesterdays micro teach video call, I actually started to believe that my appointed assessors were AI's! Very minimal interaction apart from brief and vague feedback, not a single source of communication to check how I was getting along or if i needed any further help in understanding any of the tasks. For example, one of my feedbacks included the phrase, "I think you've misunderstood the question"! Of course I have misunderstood some of the questions, As, someone completely new to the teaching sector there was a lot I did not know nor did I understand! whereas, if there maybe had been more interaction from said assessors maybe i might have found the course to flow much better and i may have understood much more of the material. – How would you describe our performance overall?

We are really sorry you did not have a good experience with us but this is unusual as you can note from independent reviews from other learners. I checked all the interaction between you and your assessor. I especially checked where the assessor said you had slightly misunderstood the question. They told you exactly where you had gone wrong, gave you a link where you could get more information and then provided a suggestion for how you could answer. In most cases you did very well and did not need any extra support but we are always available to help where needed and are only a phone call away. We congratulate you on the successful achievement of your qualification in a very short time and wish you all the best for the future.
