Overall, I would describe MKLC’s performance as excellent. Throughout the course, I felt well supported and the learning experience was professional, organized and engaging. The course provided clear guidance, useful learning materials and practical activities that helped me develop my knowledge and training skills. I particularly appreciated the constructive feedback from the assessors, as it helped me recognize areas for improvement and develop my work further. Communication and support were also very good whenever I needed guidance.
