I did a level 3 course last year online and had an awful experience. It took 5-7 days for them to respond to emails and 14-21 days to give feedback on assignments. Also my tutor went on maternity leave (no one told me) and after a month of chasing for feedback was told she had gone on maternity leave and her work split between others. Then I was told I had to pay £30 for my certificate which took another 3 months to arrive!! So I was very reluctant to do online courses again. MKLC have restored my faith in online courses and I would like to thank you for this positive experience, I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who asks me about online courses. – How would you describe our performance overall?
