I found the online course layout very difficult to navigate & consequently lost a lot of time scrolling back and forth trying to locate things . I was unaware when I booked through the Beauty Guild that the course was run by a third party that was aimed at all professions and the expected levels were far more academic than I expected. Big shock to the system having left school in 1986 with a handful of O’levels and having very limited IT experience. I would not recommend online learning in this instance, as a creative I feel an interactive classroom environment would have better suited me. I enjoyed the practical micro teach though. The admin support were kind and helpful. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  • 8/10 – How easy was your enrolment process?
  • 1/10 – How would you rate the accessibility and ease of use of our Moodle site?
  • 7/10 – How would you rate your tutor support?
  • 1/10 – Overall, how satisfied were you with the quality of the service we provided?
  • 0/10 – How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?

Dear Hanna
We are really sorry you did not have a positive online experience with us; we acknowledge that online learning is not always suited to everyone but most people choose it for its flexibility and access options. This AET course is aimed at those preparing to teach and focuses on giving you the basics to understand teaching approaches and apply those to your delivery of a micro teach. We are therefore very pleased that you managed to do this and succeeded in achieving your qualification.
