I had bad experience with tracking my fee for few months which delayed my process. Eventually i paid extra amount to my bank to investigate my transaction and later MKLC agreed that have money with their finance team. Overall my course was delayed for 2 month because of this issue. – How would you describe our performance overall?

This was a very unfortunate occurrence and I can only apologise that we missed this payment. For some reason there was a delay in getting notification from our bank and it was then overlooked. We have procedures in place to ensure this cannot happen in future. However, we are very glad, Humaira, that you did well on this course and enjoyed the actual training experience. Congratulations on your achievement.
