  6. The amount of support is amazing I never felt like I could not get in touch and I also got an instant response every time. I was in contact with Emma a lot and Judith was my tutor who gave amazing feedback.   20. I'm feel more confidante with all learning and training process. The eLearning structure, forums and all proposed tasks, help to get an overview step by step of learning and training. I've improved my reading and writing skills, due to all researches and all constructive and structured answers I needed to provided to get my ETA. Reading and writing skills are basic skills you must already to have before start the course, but for me as a non-native speaker have been a massive challenge and encouragement to move forward. My tutor was a great support providing permanent feed back and information about which areas I could improve. I'm really proud of my achievement and really happy with MKLC and all team.   25. MKLC were very good at keeping in contact and were very understanding when I had to suspend my study for personal reasons, they remained supportive. The support was absolutely brilliant, tutors were available day and night and were approachable and extremely professional, the course structure is easy to navigate through and you don’t need to be tech savvy either.   32. I have been delighted with the support I have received from MKLC whilst completing this qualification. Emma has been quick to provide constrictive and detailed feedback, along with some helpful hints and tips, which has allowed me to make amendments to my work with ease. One worry of distance learning for me, was that I would be waiting a long time to receive feedback or support, however this has not been the case.
