  5. Guidance and feedback are given in a very clear manner. I found Judith very supportive and patient. I felt very comfortable to ask any question no matter how easy or straightforward the answer may appear. Judith was always there to make sure I understood what was required of me at every point.       Thank you for your comments. Our students enjoy the flexibility of being able to work online at times to suit them - as tutors we are not able to estimate when those times may be as they are dependent on individuals. However, we do aim to get feedback to students within 24 hours and we are very responsive. I am glad you valued the support from your tutor.

  39. I found the online course layout very difficult to navigate & consequently lost a lot of time scrolling back and forth trying to locate things . I was unaware when I booked through the Beauty Guild that the course was run by a third party that was aimed at all professions and the expected levels were far more academic than I expected. Big shock to the system having left school in 1986 with a handful of O’levels and having very limited IT experience. I would not recommend online learning in this instance, as a creative I feel an interactive classroom environment would have better suited me. I enjoyed the practical micro teach though.       We are really sorry you did not have a positive online experience with us; we acknowledge that online learning is not always suited to everyone but most people choose it for its flexibility and access options. This AET course is aimed at those preparing to teach and focuses on giving you the basics to understand teaching approaches and apply those to your delivery of a micro teach.   41. I was apprehensive about studying this course online but those concerns soon faded once I had started the course. I had some changes in my personal situation which meant that I started and had a gap before being able to finish the course. The nature of studying online through MKLC was just perfect in this respect in that you can study around other commitments with no time pressures. The commitment from the tutors to mark the work quickly and to provide constructive, motivational feedback gave me the motivation to complete the course. I would definitely recommend MKLC and will be enrolling onto another course by the end of the year. – How would you describe our performance overall?
