Thank you for your positive feedback and well done on your achievement. We have noted that some learners find the Moodle platform rather confusing at first and, in recognition of this, we have now produced a simple guide to help. Hopefully this will give the support they need; we are also always ready to talk learners through any difficulties they may have with the site, given this may be the first time they have accessed an online course.

It was… ok, I guess. Not much of explanation how parts look like, what students should include (only amount of words and short question-very general), no workbook/sources with the information that students need to use to do assessments… could be better. We are sorry you were not happy with the AET course. Can we point out that all the factual information is online in visual, auditory and written format and additional links as well as reading lists are provided. Full instructions for the microteach are on all the guidance materials and the website and we do have live sessions with all individuals to help with the lesson plan. It is therefore disappointing that there seems to have been a misunderstanding of what is required.

Hello Jordan
Well done on achieving your certificate. We understand you would have preferred the same assessor throughout but you had completed the first knowledge unit with your original tutor before she finished working with us. Unfortunately the replacement assessor allocated to you had to go on long-term leave but she had not actually started working with you on the practical units. Your second assessor took you through both practical units and guided you on the evidence required. Our IQA system ensures there is consistency so we are happy that any of the assessors we have would have made the same judgements and decisions.

my tutor Crissi has been amazing, i started off with a different tutor and things were a little slow but as she has now gone on leave i can only presume she was unwell which is completely fine, Crissi was absolutely super and deserves tutor of the centaury!! the Moodle was a little odd, it never notified myself or Crissi if either of us had done anything on there so we just got in the habit of sending an email instead. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I would like to say that the process of enrolment to the completion was very easy and any help I needed was contained in the Moodle site. The qualification was conducted at my pace, which really helped me during life's busy periods. There is a good range of revision material presented via Power Point and reference to other resource such as web sites, books etc. I found the feedback and support from Judith very encouraging, supportive and constructive.
