The performance was outstanding. With this being my first online course I was a little worried how it would go, well how wrong was I, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole course. My tutor Matt was amazing! He was there every step of the way always on hand to give good constructive advice and also boost my confidence just when it was needed he is a valuable member of your team. I found everyone involved at MKLC very friendly and informative. The correspondence back and forth second to none. Stu, my assessor, supported me throughout and encouraged me along when i needed help as i hadn't studied like this for over 30 years and needed to be pushed to strive for better outcomes. I had bad experience with tracking my fee for few months which delayed my process. Eventually i paid extra amount to my bank to investigate my transaction and later MKLC agreed that have money with their finance team. Overall my course was delayed for 2 month because of this issue. – How would you describe our performance overall?

This was a very unfortunate occurrence and I can only apologise that we missed this payment. For some reason there was a delay in getting notification from our bank and it was then overlooked. We have procedures in place to ensure this cannot happen in future. However, we are very glad, Humaira, that you did well on this course and enjoyed the actual training experience.
