I had bad experience with tracking my fee for few months which delayed my process. Eventually i paid extra amount to my bank to investigate my transaction and later MKLC agreed that have money with their finance team. This was a very unfortunate occurrence and I can only apologise that we missed this payment. For some reason there was a delay in getting notification from our bank and it was then overlooked.
