I have completed CET, Assessor award and IQA award courses with MKLC. I find the enrollment process easier and the tutor support was very good and useful to me. MKLC has given me clear procedures and requirements for the completion of the courses which I feel most comfortable with. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by MKLC. I had bad experience with tracking my fee for few months which delayed my process. Eventually i paid extra amount to my bank to investigate my transaction and later MKLC agreed that have money with their finance team. This was a very unfortunate occurrence and I can only apologise that we missed this payment. For some reason there was a delay in getting notification from our bank and it was then overlooked. We have procedures in place to ensure this cannot happen in future. However, we are very glad, Humaira, that you did well on this course and enjoyed the actual training experience.
