The performance of MKLC, and my tutor, was excellent! Support and feedback was very effective and was provided in a very quick and timely manner, both via email and within individual unit and assignment folders. I could access all relevant materials via moodle, with accessible and relevant reading materials, and each unit was broken down into managable assignments with clear criterias for successful completion and achievement. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I have been impressed with how specific the assessment criteria is which certainly helps in planning assignments for each section. I enjoyed the fact that the assignments were left fairly 'open' so I was then able to read around the different topics and shape my responses accordingly. I was able to get the course done in a time that suited me and generally had the support I needed to complete. There were a few times where I didn't feel I had the knowledge from the lessons to complete the course work and it was sometimes difficult to guess what points needed to be covered in our answers. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I find moodle difficult to navigate. I think at least a more personal introduction to the course would have been beneficial as not everyone learns in the same way and the expectation on the learner to read all the guidance and only ask questions via email can be stressful – How would you describe our performance overall?

The material for the course is extremely poor and does not lead to a comprehensive learning. There are obviously very specific elements that needs to be covered in the course but there is no material offered and no way to find out what is required until the coursework is sent back. This is irritating because the situation could be more easily solved by developing a manual / study book, as key reference. The lessons plan on moodle are also too simplistic, do not cover the material, they are not interactive, and a bit outdated, technologically and content wise. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I think MKLC is one of the top training providers I have come across so far. I have completed two entire courses with you and to date I have no complaints. In terms of communication, I am always in the know whether its via email or the website itself. As for communication with the administration, I find that they are extremely helpful and are quick to assist with any issues that need resolving. The tutors communicated well with. They respond quickly to a question and return feedback on assignments quickly. The feedback that they provide is constructive. The resources you provide are very useful and allow for further research elsewhere. I am very happy with this service and I intend to complete other course with MKLC.
